My b18c1 motor has a weird cold start problem, it sounds "odd" and "misfiring" at cold start, but when it comes to normal operating temperature it seems to sound normal...
anyone know of any sensors that might lead to this kind of problem..??

is your b18 obd1? if it is, check your fitv. when cold what does it idle at?
my car does the same when cold, because cold start idle is low since i have my fitv closed all the way.

The IACV on the back of your intake manifold. Take it out and flush it with some carb cleaner. May be the FITV too. Search for how to fix that one. Many topics about it.
Might want to try removing the IACV and see how the car does cold start without it. If it idles really high, then the IACV is your problem.
