Accord Wagon front brake calipers on an EG faq query...
what's up guys...i'm putting a set of front accord wagon front calipers on my EG.
Do they bolt right on to my EG? I read on a forum somewhere here that I would need to grind the calipers a little so they'll sit flushed on the EG spindles?
Are the accord wagon calipers same as the integra type r calipers? Do they share the same brake pads?
I currently running a civic Si (EG) brake booster and master cylinder at the moment. Is it sufficient enough to run the accord calipers? If not, what is the alternative brake booster/master cylinder combo besides the usual type r brake booster/master cylinder combo?
Thanx in advance for all your replies.

Yes, Accord Wagon calipers are the same as ITR.
Yes, you will need to grind some surface off of the caliper mounting bracktet. About 5mm. You can also use a wheel spacer between the hub and the rotor to achieve the same ideal situation.
Upgrade to the 1991 Civic EX 4 door master cylinder.
It is 15/16th's and is a complete bolt in.
If you want a 1" MC like the ITR, you can use an ITR or a 98+ Integra with ABS....they're all 1".
You'll need to bend and/or reflare the lines though.
