Need a pic of a 4th Gen ECU and how to find it
Hi, i was looking to find the codes that could be wrong with my car through the ECU.. thing is my engine light on the car is burnt so i am not able to check for codes... apparently you can get the codes off the ECU as that has a blinking light too that can give me the codes... can anyone help me out plz?
The ECU is under the passenger side footrest. Unbolt the big metal bracket covering it and it is the metal box under that. The fact that the engine harness runs into it should tip you off as to what is the ECU and what is not.
