Default ignition timing after jun3's?

i am wondering what the ignition timing should be set at, i have jun3's with cam gears set at 0 on both

its in a jdm itr

go to the dyno also opadope!

it takes about 6 pulls on one to get cam gears and ignition timing right.

i know i need dyno tuning, that will be coming in a couple of weeks, i just wanted to know something that would be sufficient till then

my car starts to sputter and sounds like the ignition is breaking up sometimes
