Default How much should i advance timing?

How much should i advance my Ignition timing and also what should i set my cam gears to? i have a b16 with Crower stage 1's

Both should be adjusted on a chassis dyno - not arbitrarily.

That would be good advice except...

That doesn't safeguard against light detonation. Get it dynotuned, or get a J&S Safeguard.

leave them at 0,0 and max ignition timing at 16-18 until you can dynotune and see the AFR and what they are actually doing in real time

yea i guess i will just get let it be untill i get my VFAC, i dont feel like tuning it twice.
