Default Serious Bogging/misfire.

1998 Civic DX. Mostly stock. Car runs fine under 20% throttle. Over 20% throttle i get a serious bogging/jerking. At WOT I get no response, car hardly moves and loud misfires/popping sound.. Part throttle car runs great.

Kinda hard to start...takes about 10 seconds worth of cranking. Idle is mostly good...sometimes is rough.

My guess is some sort of ignition problem. Pulled cap and rotor off and serious buildup after only 600 miles. Spark plugs appear fine.

Any ideas?
