most places can get them......same hp as an h22a swap, costs more, and has a 3 stage vtec head kinda like i-vtec.....most of them were in wagons......they're not more powerful than a jdm h22a though, so don't let anyone tell you that.....powerbands are nearly identical, but the h23a gets slightly better gas mileage...like 2mpg

Not horsepower-wise but they do have more low-end torque...
