Default Whats the best way to keep IC pipes and intake temps down...

i am running a 92 turbo integra. my underhood temps are very warm, whats the best way to keep my IC pipes cooler? once drivien, u cant keep your hand on the IC pipes for more then 3 seconds. i didnt know if insulation wrap would just keep in the heat in the pipes?

thanks

I see 3 donkeys ^^^^(altavars) hahaha

Put anything on them that will create some kind of insulation. Such as paint, heat wrap, heat shields, ice, whip cream, or frozen meat!!

Two would be to create some kind of outlet for the 'trapped' heated air such as a vented hood, no fenders, or holes in your firewall.

Paint your block with heat paint..thats one of its function to lower temps on the engine bay. Try doing some kind of insulation on the Turbo manifold, that is the greatest heat source under your engine bay. Do heat wrap on the Manifold.
