Default yay or nay...lsvtec for $1200

ok ive had my b16 for a while now. but over time you kinna get used to it and you start searching for more.. so i thought " hey why not an lsvtec.." so i go to my local performance and ask the dude.. " how much will it be for you guys to drop an b18a below my b16head.?" the guy at the shop says. "1200 but thats only the bottom end and basic installation ." now my question is, is this a good deal.. also other than the basic installation.. what else will i need to make it run properly and safely?

before you spend any money, make sure it's a reputable person doing this. My friend got burnt and learned the hard way when he tried to go ls/vtec at a good price with a non-reputable dealer
