Default RUNNING B16 AS LS VTEC ?

To make a long story short, i was LS/vtec my bottom end was no good. Got a b16 block and put my b16 head on it. Problem is the head was tapped for ls vtec and i couldn't get the plug out that blocked the oil hole in the head. So I just used the external line which i wasn't to happy about but it was my only option. Started the car up and it just pisses oil out right underneath the intake manifold by cylinder 4. Now my question is could this be because the head is plugged so the oil has no were to go? Or could my head gasket be on upside down or something along the lines of that. Ive done plenty of head gaskets never had a problem before... anyway let me know what you guys think. thanks

if you are gonna run a b16 block like it was a ls block you need to plug the hole in the block that use to feed the head, reason you spraying oil is because the oil from the has no place to go but out.
