Default in regards to the b18 or b20 swap

I have the JDM H bar still to install and all the upper and lower tie bars for the front and back plus two more inside the car as well. I am just confused as to which of the two motors will benifit me more for autocross.

Either one will be fine. I've seen d15 powered civics walk all over swapped ones autocrossing. Put your money into a driving school...
