sohc zc wtf ?

Default sohc zc wtf ?

so i thought zc was non v-tech dohc so whats up with sohc zc?

There are 3 kinds of ZC's.
1. ZC DOHC
2. ZC SOHC + Vtec
3. ZC SOHC Non Vtec

I have heard that the SOHC can be very quick.. and is a great motor!

the term zc just means a jdm d series 1.6

Actually, it means ANY 1.6L, 4 cyl. D series, honda engine sold anywhere IN ASIA ONLY SOHC, DOHC, SOHC-VTEC, There weren't any DOHC-VTEC ZC's

^^ why good luck finding them? they are everywhere a local shop has like 6 sohc and like 10 dohc zc's they arent hard to find ebay has them too.

u can find alot of zcs here in cali


the zcs also came in dohc carb and sohc carb versions
dont forget that, u can tell by the fuel pump on the block,

what do u mean goodluck finding one, i allready have one just wanted to know how much im pushin, but thanks for letting me kow how much h/p im pushin, by the way i think i have carb, so does that make a diff in the h/p or not.
