I recently purchased a new head and the guy i bought it off of told me that it was a JDM head. Not sure if it is a y8 or z6 pretty sure it is a 94 though(know the y8 didn't come out til 96). The vtec selonoid is diffrent looking than my z6 it is SOHC. My only question is that if it is a JDM z6 or zc head will a usdm intake manifold from a z6 fit on any SOHC head whether it is a JDM head or not? THanks for your help.

 

look at the combustion chambers....also...make sure it's not a z1 head....look for "P08" cast into the intake side of head.
and yes all sohc single cam heads,intakes,and exhaust manifolds will interchange...with the exception of the D17 motors
