Hey guys...I just bought my 94 hatch DX and I'm looking for the right motor to swap into her. I have about 3grand to spend and would really like to get a B18C, but I can't find a full swap for that much anywhere. So I've been checking out the B16A SiR-II w/ 170HP. It's between these two...if I can find a B18C for 3g. The main difference is 20Trq. HP is the same. Also whats it mean when it says it puts out 170HP at 10.4 compression and only 160HP at 10.2 compression. If I bought it....could I make it 10.4 compression...if so how do I change that? And one more question....the motor will be right hand drive, so will I be able to just get a wiring subharness to it to extend the plugs so they can connect to the chassis harness?

This forum is being ruined by too many of the same tired "B16A vs. B18C1?" topics and "Should I boost my SOHC or Get a Swap?" type topics. We understand that you want guidance, but rather than post an open topic, why not o some searching and find members here that have had successful builds/swaps and carry on an IM conversation with him or her?

We do care about what you want to do, but when we have literally 10 open topics about the exact same thing it gets highly annoying. This MB is here for ALL of us, not just one person who thinks we should all cater to him or her by posting in his or her topic while he or she NEVER performs searches and doesn't even browse the topics in the first few pages of the forum.</TD></TR></TABLE>
