no such thing as a d15z6 theres a JDM and prolly a Euro D15b Which is essentially the same thing, but in the 1.5 form rahter then the 1.6 form, I say yes it will fit. proly have to get a Z6 Cam gear as well tho...

If your D15Z6 is SOHC VTEC, then the cam will probably fit.

edit: near the cam gear it says "p28" waht does that mean?
