its not just any washer its the one that sits on the shock rod that holds the rubber pieces in place and doesnt alow them to move down further.. and yep.. gonna have to take them all back off : good luck

I did the same thing. It's that fat silver washer that has a taper in it. Gotta get it from honda. It sits over the tapered part of the shaft. Don't drive around like that.

You should go beat the hell out of whoever put them in. 
Just doubling up on what I said, they're SPECIAL washers. Tapered hole. Go to honda and have them order you some overnight. Shouldn't be any more than a few bucks extra. The only part that sucks is that you have to pull the shocks back out like you were doing a complete suspension swap again.
