Teins, unfortunately, rusts....but that's if they are exposed to a bit of moisture. if you're in socal, you should not worry about it too much...

Teins do in fact rust, thats why they come with their own spray can of JDM WD-40 ( 
). They won't be too bad in So. Cal considering you take good care of them. Spray them down regularly and check them out. Keep them clean and as dry as you can and you should be fine.
Euclid: I'm not sure, but I thought the RA's were not aluminum?
