1st geb B16's are non obd and need a proper signal from both o2 sensors. If throwing a code, youy computer will most likely not go into vtec.
Youy best bet is to weld in another bung into the aftermarket header.

Most likely you will still be able to engage VTEC throwing a code, some codes won't allow VTEC to engane though.

I am running the obd 0 pr3 ECU with only 1 o2 hooked up and I am not throwing any codes at all and seems to be running fine.

It will work. It depends on the ECU if it's PR3 or PW0 one or two O2 sensor. If you want, you can wire the two O2's together.

That's probably the fastest way to take care of it but probably not the best. If you can't get another spot for 2nd O2 welded on then go this route.

Great, lets go racing when our **** isnt running 100%, this is why people come back "why is my b16 running a 17?" Do it right.

I told you before the car isn't making the power it should because my cams aren't tuned. The o2 seems like it has nothing to do with it. VAFC is on the way.
