Default Ok to engage vtec with O2 code going on?

Hey all, just wondering if it's safe to engage vtec while have a code for the primary o2 sensor heater?

It's a really nice day out and I haven't opened her up in awhile..

Just wondering if it's safe

At WOT the ECU should be operating in open loop, so the faulty O2 shouldn't be a problem. However, I'd definitely repair it as soon as possible.
