P0171 lean bank 1 sensor 1 with greddy blue box 99 si turbo help TIA.
this is a 99 civic si with a piece together turbo kit.
greddy blue box, skunk 2 manifold, rc 310's. all the basics. engine is stock.
keeps popping a lean condition code P0171 under normal driving. no boost. fuel pressure is static at 45 psi. (line off plugged) any help is appreciated.

its on a friends car and it has only a booty *** a/f gauge. not a true wideband, but it fluctuates fine, little reder than normal cruising but pig rich under boost.

update:
with the fuel pressure at 50 psi static, still no change, but just off idle, the 02 will fluctuate normally. i dont get this. called greddy they told me that it is not uncommon for it to run too rich, but in this case it is tool ean at idle only. it is fine going down thei highway and under boost. i cant figure this out.
