i switched my lsvtec crx over to obd1 and i was wondering how to hook up the 4 wire o2 what color goes where my conversion harness only has one extra wire for the heated 02.
i have a 2 black 1 green and 1 white


and also it keeps on throwing a tps code i have changed the tps but still throws the code i was told by someone u was suppsoed to switch 2 wires around is this true..

TPS - Try swapping the 2 outside wires and see if the code goes away. Make sure you solder those wires together.

The instructions for the 4 wire O2 sensor have been posted around here somewhere. Try doing a serch for 4 wire O2 or P28 O2 or OBD I O2.

If all else fails I think I have the pic at home and which pin the 2 white and green wires go. The 2 black wires are power that go to the junction box ont he driver side strut tower (8 pin with all yellow black wires).

White is signal and green is heater signal. Unit itself is grounded when bolted in.

 

Here's an old diagram I made, hope it helps but let me know if it doesn't. I assume you're just planning on doing an OBDI conversion, right? Wouldn't even mess with the 4 wire heated oxygen sensor if you weren't. Was your Rex originally DPI or MPI? If it was DPI you'll have to swap the two outside wires on the TPS. If your car revs up normal (before swapping any wires or it was an MPI chassis) that's not the problem.
