Default NEWBIE QUESTIONS.......

Hi,
I have an 87 crx SI, and I wanted to know what kind of (easy and cheap) swaps and upgrades can i do to it? and around how much?

Hey man,
Some cheap easy mods would be: A pod filter to bolt on to the standard intake pipe... Upgrades you bout 3 h/p and makes a really nice sound ( Feels faster)... Take the air conditioning out if you are willing to take the risk. Muffler and take the cat converter out for more exaust flow. Those are the basic of the basic mods you can do to make it faster.

hey,
thanks bro,I already took the A/C off .....but the motor i have right now has about 250k miles on it , so i just rather do a motor swap.....if anyone know's what kind of swap i can do, can you please let me know.

personally you should look into a zc motor.....most deals come with tranny and ecu..you can get this for roughly 800 dollars or so....it's an easy swap it bolts right in the only tricky part is wiring the ecu.....look around on the web for prices and info it's all over the place....go to http://www.thezcr.com.....it's a web site all about the zc motor....
