Default Can someone help me with a vaccum problem

I have a vaccum manifold that the main source comes from the back of the intake manifold. I have my wastegate, BOv and turbo routed off of it. For a while my bov would not blow off, and I couldn't figure out why. I was getting vaccum from the manifold and I could tell that when I took each hoes off from each item and the car would jump down in idle. So I decided to take my bov source and find another to see if that fixed the problem. Sure enough I changed the source from the vaccum mani to the front of the intake mani. All my other components seem to work find. Why would my bov not be getting enough vaccum from the vaccum mani if all other componets are?

I believe the line is 5/16 in diameter.

Maybe your BOV needs a stronger vac source than the rest of your components. If you are tapping so many things off of the vac mani I think the main vac source from your intake mani is not strong enough. You should tap into the brake booster as a main vac source to your vac mani. I think you should be fine with this setup.

So just have the main source coming from the brake booster, where it feeds into the intake manifold.

Where the brake booster goes into the intake mani, tap off that line and run this to your vac mani, then all your components will just get their vac source from your vac mani. Which vac mani have you got?

I got a GE one that I'll be hooking up soon.
