Custom Kit or Name Brand kit? how to pass smog with custom?
I wanna go turbo soon in my 94 prelude vtec. I wanna do a custom kit since its cheaper...but is there a way to get a CARB sticker on there?? I live in cali and the smog rules are pretty strict. Any inputs would help out a lot.

There are no CARB legal prelude turbo kits, custom or not. And no, you cannot get a CARB sticker. The certification process is restricted to aftermarket part manufacturers and is very expensive.

i live in so kali and i dont think any turbo kit will pass smog, so just find some smog place that will pass you car for extra money
