92 h23 si running rough at idle and missing
i am about to pull the rest of my hair out with this thing i normally deal with d series but the wife has the big h series well this thing is running on three and ive replaced the injectors and the cap &rotor and wires also the resistor box and still runs on three i could use some help lude guys also i have no idea where the ecu plug to check the code's on the ecu if someone could give my whareabouts of that stupid jumper plug is so i can check the freekin codes is id appreciate it or if anyone has had this prob it is cyl 3 from right to left standing in front of the car so any help would be gladly appreciated
Take the center console off and possibly the radio and look back in there. You'll see a blue plug that is connected to a small metal piece. That's the code checker plug. Personally, I would take it off the metal piece and just hang it somewhere so I can easily check codes.
i suppose you could check your injector wires and the spark plug wires to make sure there in the right order and working correctly.
things like a bad 02 sensor, vacuum lines misplaced, or ground wires not attached good would cause it to run rough but not run on three cylinders. things to check anyways.

you shouldn't have to do all of that to gain access to the connector.
besides, unless his cel is on i don't think he can check it.

sorry it took so long to reply but i have replaced all plugs with NGK"s and bosch wires also have checked injector pulse with a noid light and it is getting a pulse one blink per second thanks for the scoop on where the plug is i'll let you know what's up with this pos
ok here's what ive found a code 23 knock sensor and a code 43 fuel system and the normal code 1 o2 sensor where the heck is the knock sensor and i gotta get a fuel pressure guage to check the fuel pump out any help where the knock sensor is would help thanks
