94 prelude si 2.3

Iwant to rebuild this motor, what all internal parts can I get off a h22 to work without major modification, crank, cams ect...

nothing in the heads is swappable from h22 to h23.

as for the block, crank/rods and pistons will fit as long as they are the correct clearances
