clicking sound from distributor...

clicking sound from distributor...
after a hard race at the track.. next day i started the car.. theres loud clicking sounds from my distributor... idles normally.. timing is straight..
could it b cap or rotor?
it use to click only alittle but now its worser...
help.. or could it be the whole thing?

best advice i could tell you. you gotta help yourself before we can help you. i would keep an eye out for the red dust of death, but again i have no clue until we know what the insides of your cap and rotor look like.
