i've decided to lower my car!!......help.....
i just got my te-37's and after studying itrsport.com's itr, i've decided that my car will need lowering (no offense)......so i've decided to go with springs/shock as opposed to coilovers b/c i unfortunately don't do to much track racing, coilovers are a lot more, and i don't have to worry about height adjustability b/c i don't winter beat my car.
so i think the h&r sports would be my best choice of spring (b/c the race are too damn low), now i need advice on the best shock, to match this spring
or, should i just leave the stock shock, since a few people have reported that they're type-r's handle better with this set-up
thanx.

I've got the H&R sports with stock shocks. Even, modest drop, with no camber issues. Ride is good, too.
i got the H&R race in mine, its low and stiff, but handles pretty damn good and the stock shocks have about 31k on them so far

I will rather choose Kg/mm DR Racing springs with Bilstein or some KYB AGX shocks(since they're adjustable and pretty cheap). I've tried TypeR with H&R sports and OE shocks, umm they don't hold good enough around corners like the DR Racing do. Kg/mm featured dual rate design so they're pretty comfortable on straight and holds very well around corners.
I am not sure how long the OE shocks will last with H&R. Different places with different road condition but I had DR Racing on my civic with my OE shocks for a lil more than a year, no problem at all. A girl with an Integra GS bought my springs and she ran it for at least two years already. Still no signs of leaking or something.
If u need further info of the Kg/mm products pls contact Ben/Alan at
info@aj-racing.com or call them at (604)279-0329. TKS!

Bilstein's and a) Tein S-Tech, b) H&R Sports, c) any other spring of your choice for rates/lowering.
Oh.. and all G3 Integras come with coilovers from the factory.

why don't you get mugen low down. They are matched perfectly with each other. i haven't heard of one dissappointed soul. I know someone who is selling a set too. His car got stolen so he doens't need it anymore.

.....for the $ spent, I vote for just kg/mm dr racing springs on stock shocks.
You'll save $ going this route and your car will have a nice drop and look
Go with the guys at a&j on this one!
