How does one "Gravity bleed" Clutch master/slave cyl.
Did a search, and the helms manual doesnt have any details.
I know to have fluid in the resivoir at all times, gravity bleeding is ideal...
and to open the bleeder screw alot while letting the fluid flow till its a consistent stream,
***** but is it necessary to have the clutch pedal to the floor or up when you do that?
I have already gone thru the process of pushing the pedal to the floor 5x then holding it down,
opening /squirt/ then closed bleeder screw (while having hose submerged in fluid),
then slowly raised pedal up , added more fluid.. repeated.. until NO bubles were present.... and the clutch still feels like it is NOT biting until the pedal is 85
-95% off the floor! I just put a NEW nissin clutch master cyl. in a year ago.. bench bled it.. and everything was fine.. Just recently I swapped my slave for a Newsed one.. from a 99 civic.. and I thought there may be a tiny bit of air left .. no leaks anywhere!!!

the pedal is up. you just unscrew it, and let it drip. make sure it doenst run out though. it will take some time for the air to get out.
