Default Header/Cat-back Install

I'm getting ready to install an aftermarket header, high flow catalytic converter, and cat-back exhaust system on my 1995 Accord EX. This is going to be my first time with a job like that. I was just wondering what problems I might encounter. It looks pretty simple since it all simply bolts together but I drive the car everyday and I wanted to know what I was getting myself into before I tear it all apart. Will I need to reroute the O2 sensor? If so how? I figured this was the best place to go for any questions so any information or links would be appreciated?

high-flow cat probably wont make that much of a difference, but thats up to you. As for the o2 sensor, it should be the same.

a. be gentle with the bolts on the upper portion...
b. use jack stands!! safety precaution...
c. spray bolts down with penetrating lube (drown em!)
d. new gaskets for everything youll regret it later if you dont.
e. get some new flange bolts if they look damaged or covered in rust.
f. youll only need to extend the o2 if you are doing a LX - EX swap.
g. new hangers wouldnt hurt if you need em.

Might wanna make sure you have a dremmel tool with cut off wheel just in case some of the those nuts and bolts don't want to play nice -

Ok so after the intake and exhaust, what other simple and fairly inexpensive things could I work on? The electrical system?
