my friend in his gutted ef hb ran 12.9@100 mph in his stock gsr, just basic boltons, slicks , no exhaust and no rear bumper
this should answer your question 12.1@109.92mph stock b18c block. ALL MOTOR STREET.. this was done at carlsbad raceway in oct of 2001 in a MHR built and tuned civic hb. also ran 13.12@109mph on street tires. full exhaust.

here was the setup.. we did this very long ago in a eg hb, and sold several of these motors so its no secret anymore..
b18c stock.
b16a head p&p w/ valve train
jun stage 3 cams w. cam gears
custom sheet metal intake manifold with 65mm bored out type r throtle body
off the shelf edelbrock headers with race b pipe
MHR tuned p72 ECU
alluminum flywheel and 4 puck clutch setup
99 us type R tranny w/ kaaz lsd
custom length ram air with air horn
aem fpr
stock injectors
dyno tuned it made 204whp and 138.9 tq with no vafc.. im sure it would have done about 210-212whp range with it. and 139-140 tq.
max rpm on this motor was 10,000
this was driven 45 miles per day minimum on pump gas ofcourse.
best et on slicks was 12.1 with fb doors, and fb trunk.
best et full body all glass was 12.5 but broke the clutch in 3rd gear. my guess is 12.4 on a fresh clutch.
highest mph was 109mph
street tires, ful stock ctrl exhaust, 205-50-15s NON DRAG RADIAL. 13.1s all day long.
here i just gave you the formula if you have any questions about this setup. pm me.. now go out there and do it!
