Rubber housing around ball-joint: Where to get this piece replaced??

Hey guys, I was working on my shocks today and I noticed that my ball joint rubber housings are torn. The joint is fine. Where can I take my car to get them replaced??

Is it a simple job??

you can get them though http://www.hondauatomotiveparts.com or http://www.manhonda.com I find these places to be cheaper than your local dealership
