Default sloppy stick.

i have a 91 civic dx hb 5speed and the stick is real sloppy , like theres no pattern like on the ****, every other stick i drive(like my prelude and eclipse) definently have slots for each gear.

you know what i mean? anyways im goin back to the junkyard tomarrow and i found a banged up civic like mine im getting some other crap off of, which part out of the shifter area should i grab to fix this? or is it normal..

$11. Order the shifter bushings from Energy Suspension for it.

Made a huge improvement on my car.

Don't know if it would fix that particular problem, but it does help shorten the throws to get it into gear. Don't go cheap....spend the extra money on a STEEL or really good material for this. Stay away from aluminum shifters.

Combination of both will help.

I had a stock shifter modified for my car. Cut the top 1 1/2"-2" and added 1/2-3/4" to the bottom....
