Desperate: Procedure to adjust valve timing, What specs?for stock/ or for turbo
I thank you all for helping, First of all, after replacing the head gasket and the valve stem seal, My car don't seem to start. timing belt time is set correctly, I'm figuring that it could be the valve that is too tight. So your help on procedures to adjust the valve timing and its specs. Plus should it be any different for the specs if it's a turbo h23a? your help please......
