Default Valve Adjustment

I have the new head on my d15 and everything is torqued to spec. Do i adjust the valves before i install the timing belt? Im pretty sure this is correct. Just checking to make sure. Thanks

It'll be easier to adjust the valves after you install the belt.

Preferably, I would have the valve adjustments backed off and put the timing belt on. That way in case you have it off a few teeth or something of that sort, you won't ruin anything checking mechanical timing. After you're done and timing is correct setting valve lash is a breeze anyways.
