Default Buddy club rims, Why so cheap?

I just got a type S and I am shopping for new rims. I found these buddy club rims and I like the way they look and they are also some what light weight (17 pounds for 17 inch, not amazing but not bad). The only thing that worries me is that they are for sale for so cheap. Are they crap and I don't know it.
What do you guys think?

Thanks for the help.

Buy them, I just bought a set of the same rims from eBay. I haven't mounted them yet b/c I am looking for some good tires and I need more $$$. They'll look good on my ABP.

ironically i didn't want the p2's because they are heavier than p1's. then i bought the fn01-rc's, lol, which are about the same weight in 16's. fyi, lightweight wheels don't necessarily mean great. if you use them for autocross, you have to put everything in proportion.

You get what you pay for. They're cheap because it's a cast wheel. Forged wheels are lighter and stronger.

Stick with forged rims if you want something light and strong. Cast rims are garbage in the long run.

the P1 SF are cast, which makes them a little more heavy and less durably, the P1 QF is the same style as the P1 SF, only they are forged (lighter and more durable, also more expensive.)

The P1 Racing (originals) have a little different style, which i dont really like, and i dont know wether its forged or not.

The P1 Racing II is also another style and it is forged (and if it isn't, then they are charging way too much)

I think I am going to go with the P1 Racing II's. They are forged right? Their web site says they are, so I am going to to guess they are not lieing. They also say they are two peice. What is the deal with this. What are the advantages/disadvantages of two peice?
I really dig the black rim with polished lip look. What offset should I go with? What is the stock rsx rims offset? Sorry I am still kind of a rims noobie. Thanks for the help.

An offset between +36-40mm will work for the RSX.

Two piece rims tend to be lighter than a single piece rim. They're also better if you have a problem with depth perception when parrallel parking. If you curb you lip, you can get the outer lip replaced.

The offset for the P1 Racing II is 35. There's a tag that is attached to the rim spoke that has a picture of a DC5 with those rims on. It will fit. The stock offset is 42.

I just mounted my P1 Racing II and it looks great. No rubs with the offset with a 1.5" drop on 215/45/17's.
