Default to resurface or not to resurface

I'm buying a new clutch for my D17a2 - an exedy single plate organic clutch. The car only has 20-21k miles and I was wondering how I would tell if my flywheel needs to be resurfaced or not. Would it just be scratches along the surface? Should I buy another flywheel? I need some advice - Thanks

look for alot of shine on the flywheel.

Make sure u clean it with brake cleaner.

But i think you should get it cut just to be sure.

Even with low miles like that, you dont wanna put ina clutch and then find it slipping and heating up like a bitch.
