Plus look around on the internet and you can find out what a dealership pays for a new car so you will know where to start your offer at.If it's used they probably paid well below blue book value.Alot of dealerships make their $$$ off of used cars not new ones. Good luck

It's used I'm assuming? Any mention of "Galves" pricing usually gets them shaking. Or doubting them works pretty well too. If you have any specific questions PM me...I fucked the dealer I bought my honda from

'04 RSX Type S is $21,805.59 dealer invoice price. So $21,300, and they're losing $505.59. If you wait until the '05s are out, you might be able to get the car for invoice. Just wait until the end of the month to go in and haggle.

All I can say about negotiating is if you are set on a price you can get it. just because it says invoice price I dont' believe that it is the real price they paid for it. So if you want a certain price, hammer it at them. they will evenually go lower or meet the price. it's an art form. so practice.

Go in acting like you want a base RSX. Ask the dealer about the Type-S. Tell them you were really hooked on getting the base model and if he can help you out, you can help him out by taking the Type-S off his hands.

23k? You can buy one from any dealerships for that. Ask for the invoice and pay that price. Or wait until the end of the year when they are more anxious to get rid of the 04 models for more space.

Just tell them you will buy it for that price or go to another manufactuer. Thats what I did and walked out the door, 2 days later they called and said they would sell it to me.
