How much is labor on timing belt and water pump change?

well like topic says, i bought the car few months ago and dont know if the timing belt and water pump has been changed, so im gonna buy honda genuine timign belt and water pump, but rather have someone install it. how much is labor gonna be or does someone know anyone who can do it in southern cali area?
call some shops and ask... thats ur best answer... or ur gonna get stuff like free.... or do it ur self, or 400 or 1000 etc... http://www.yellowpages.com

today i asked honda and they said about 400 bucks just to install cuz of labor is like 80 bucks an hour i was like nevermind

I had someone in my area offer to do mine for a total of less than 300 including oem parts. I kinda want to do it myself but I'm not sure if its something not to hard or something a pro should do.
