Mini Me distributor question please answer!

Default Mini Me distributor question please answer!

I have heard that you can use the D15b7 Distributor but others say that you cant .... Im doing my swap in 2 days (wednesday) and I need to findout by then before i get a y8 distributor... please answer... Can a d15b7 distributor be used on a y8 head... yes or no?

YES you can use it, but u have to modify the legs in order to do so, i will do a write up this eventually but i havent had a chance....dont listen to peopel that say it doesnt work, becasue IT DOES the car will run liek crap and the distro will only be held by one distro bolt but the car will run...thats what matteres right??

it will fit perfectly man. all three bolts. i tried it myself on my y8 head. i was using the d15b8 dizzy which it should be the same as the b7 dizzy.

Forget the stock distributor swap. Drop $85, and get an MSD Cap with external Blaster 3 coil.

EDIT: My mini was D16Z6 head...the bolt pattern is different
