Default 99-00 SI spring rate vs: 00 EX

Anyone know if the SI spring rate differs from a 00 EX? What about ride height?Would it be worthwile to replace the OEM EX springs with some from an SI if they were free?

I've already searched, and all I find are FS threads, or threads about other SI's

I think gsr springs would lower your car and are stiffer. That may be the way you want to go. I'm not sure on this.

Si: 201/99.8
