ok i recently installed the ecg o2 simulator and i double checked everything in the directions and all the wiring seems to be right. the thing is im still throwing an sec o2 heater code. any suggestions

 

let me guess you dont have a second o2 hooked up..... it will throw the heater code if your secondary o2 isnt hooked up . my o2 sim works perfectly

alright i did exactly what the directions said by cutting the signal wire and soldering the o2 sim signal wire to that and plugged in my o2 sensor and wrapped it in aluminum foil. thing is im still throwin a 65. I was throwing a code 65 before the o2 sim but isnt the simulator supposed to take away all sec o2 codes?

then you either need to find a bad o2 sensor for cheap with a good heater , or do the resistor trick the inscructions show . this isnt known to work 100% . i just bought a used 02 for 20 bucks and did it like that.
