b16 3rd/4th gears in ls tranny ?

b16 3rd/4th gears in ls tranny ?
ok so i have the 3rd and 4th gears from a b16 tranny which i wanna put in my ls. I am just wondering do i use the synchro hub, sleeve and rings from the b16 or ls. I was looking at the helms for both trannys and in the ls the synchro hub closed end faces up and the b16's faces down. Thx
