Default JUST BOUGH 92 DX EG, HAVE USDM OBD2 B18C ready, quick question about the swap! (OBD1,OBD2?)PLEASE HE

Okay, I purchased a USDM B18C1 OBD2 swap from a friend of mine about 6 months ago, its from a wrecked 2000 GS-R. He gave me everything, (engine, tranny, shift linkages, mounts, engine harness still in-tact, axels) but NO ECU.

Today I picked up my baby, a 1992 Civic DX HB 5 speed.

My question is will my OBD2 engine harness plug into the existing shock tower harness in my EG? Also what ECU do I need to get for it to work with my OBD2 motor? An OBD2 ECU? Can I get an OBD1 ECU instead? I know that the harness in the 92-95 EGs will NOT plug into an OBD2 ECU correct? Its made for OBD1?

So basically, can I use an OBD1 ECU with my OBD2 engine, if not what do I need to do to make it work and what ECU should I buy? Please help, I want to start this swap ASAP. Thanks a bunch! Any other tips would be greatly appreciated!

the teg engine wire harnesses are in the same spot as the civic's. You will have to run some extra wires to the harness. Find an OBD-1 P-72 and its plug and play.
