Default Apex'i V-AFC Vtec Engagement Point

I have a question about the Apex'i VAFC. If you change your L-H cam setting to say, 4800 rpm, at what rpm should you set the H-L setting? Also, what is the stock L-H and H-L settings for an H22 engine? THANKS.
