Engalls in Front, Ghetto Rig in rear - just did tonight, got questions
i hit this post in the CRX forumn too, but i'm crunched for time and need some info.
I placed the engalls (adjustable .75 -> 3 in the front ok, some bolts were hard as **** to take out...but its in ok.
In the rear, i went for the "washers per every inch drop" theory. I hear you have replace the bolt though with a longer one? is that true? absolutely necessary?
I could only do the bolts on one side as one nut on the rear left is being a bitch and i'll have to have it air/impacted off. But when i drove it up and down the street the car pulled pretty strong to the right side. Could the washers being absent in the rear left be doing this? or do you think maybe i messed up the settings on the adjustable ball joints (the camber kit).
Getting worried about it.

you dont need a camber kit in the rear at all
the key to not having inner tire wear with a lowered vehicle is the ALIGNMENT
if you do not have a good alignment then you will have excessive tire wear
all you need to do in order to prevent inner tire wear is get an alignment

hmmm ok well i'm ditching the washers in the rear and getting it aligned tom. then
let me ask you this. if i did not make all the camber kits camber exactly the same...will the alignment be pointless until i get it correct?

any good alignment shop should know how to adjust a camber kit
just tell them to adjust camber in the front to -1 degrees and leave the rear alone and just to a toe and go after adjusting the front camber
and -1* is within factory spec so do not worry about it, you do not want your camber set at 0 unless you drive like grandma

yeah, what eats your tires and making your car pull is the toe, as far as the rear, i used 1 washer with a 1.8 drop and left my rear camber PERFECT at -.07

there is no need unless you use like..3 or more, for 1 or2 washers stock bolt is fine

well , i have no idea why. But the toes on my front right is pointing outwards big time. The camber on both adjustable ball joints are even set to the same setting. I'm lost.
And more problems. My koni yellow on the front left seems to have frozen. Any ideas how i fix that? it doesn't move at all.

Fixed!
well apparently it was the camber kit killing the shocks. i reduced the engalls to its lowest setting and the shocks are working again. kinda odd i know...but perphaps too much camber was causing them to push against something. fyi: engalls 1.25 - 3.00 set to 1.25. It fixed the bad toe i was having on the front right aswell. SWEET!
