I know of a guy in town that has a RHD civic. He is a welder and he said he did it with only a JDM firewall and Dash. Has anyone heard of this being done on a prelude? how much is a BB6 (97-02) front clip?

 

A guy over at preludeonline.com has done it. You dont have to swap in a new firewall, but its alot of work. Everything has to be rewired. Its definately a mod that will turn heads.

 

sorry for the OT but does anyone have any idea if it is truly legal to have a RHD car in california? I saw a form for importing a RHD from say Japan but it said it was a temporary registration. I dont know if its any differant for a converted usdm style car tho.

 

id problully be cheaper to buy a jdm prelude! 6k plus 2k for shipping then sell yours???
