its quick but will not be quicker then the py R once they are done with the new engine.

The black R is also fast, but you will have to ask them yourself for the mods on the cars. Just go to the CMI drags or any of the main drags at Sac. for details on the car.

the fastest time for the white R is 13.4 all motor (with very minor mods) with slicks, some weight loss.

the yellow R hit a 12.4 all motor (stock bottom end, with just cam, head, etc... work) with slicks and with lots of weight reduction)

the black R hasn't been timed yet, but hits around the same power as the yellow R but with less done to it.

lol, damn I love those rumors. Actually its been at the shop for a long time being redone. If you hear anything about it, just ignor it. The car is being redone for the next set of races. They are aiming for 11sec. I'll let you know the details as they come.

Steve Sakai ran 12.7 in his '97 R.

"Steve Sakai ran 12.7 in his '97 R."

and your point is? lol

they both have similar setups, yet the svp R has a stock bottom end vs. sgt's civic R pistons, etc...
