No spark...technicians I need your help
I can't seem to figure out how to solve this problem. I'm getting no spark. The engine turns over, all the gauge lights come on, but it won't catch. I pulled one of the spark plug wires stuck a socket extension in it and grounded it to the body...NO SPARK! I've tried replacing the ignitor, and the coil (both twice with two different NIB parts). Used a volt-meter and the distributor is getting the proper voltage. Also checked all fuses as well as the main reply. Everything looks a-ok. I also tired a different stock ECU and new spark plug wires. If it matters, when the engine turns over, the tach needle does not bounce at all. The car drove fine before, I parked it and in the morning it wouldn't start. Any help would be greatly appreciated...
Oh, the car is a bone-stock 1992 Honda Civic Si.
Thanks.
