best way to remove A/C compressor for block??

Default best way to remove A/C compressor for block??

I wondering what is the best way to remove the compressor off of the front of the block and not have belt problems?? Anybody messed with something like this?

yup. just get a shorter belt.

Yeah but if you remove the A/C pump you cannot make much contact with the water pump. I'm afraid it will slip.???? Just looking for suggestions.
